Hyun-joo Bae

Hyun-joo Bae is a coach for the Red Rabbits, a professional women’s volleyball team, and a warm, dependable mentor trusted by both the players and staff. Calm and compassionate, she always listens to her players’ concerns and offers thoughtful advice, which has made her someone many people naturally rely on. She has a keen understanding of each player’s personality and emotional state, so she often finds herself acting as the team’s unofficial counselor as well. Having coached a school volleyball club in the past, she is particularly good at recognizing her players’ competitive instincts and psychological struggles. But as more and more people depend on her, Hyun-joo has begun to feel the weight of that responsibility.
